Deeply in debt to kindness

Bank aside, all bills and all institutions aside, it would be wonderful if we all perpetuated the life sustaining cycle of love, kindness and support expressed by the sayings "One good deed deserves another" and "A friend in need is a friend in deed." I am deeply iDo you feel you owe some kind of debt? To whom? Or does someone owe you a debt?of the people present in my life, my family, friends and neighbors.

I often hear people say "What goes around, comes around." It's the philosophy of my grandmother and it brought her both joy and pain. Accordingly I try to be responsible for my thoughts and actions, to be a positive presence for those around me and let go of negative energies, to love and disagree and support at the same time. No debt incurred. There are so many ways to release and let go. I rely on the help of Spirit.

Sometimes it's a big try but worth it and I have a history of learning the long-hard way. But now I am responsible for adjusting my approach to grievances in a loving way. If loving-kindness is a debt. I am over my head in debt to family, community, neighbors and reaching back into my past, to teachers, ministers, parents and my amazing grandmother who taught me love is unconditional and debt free.
